Chance 2.7 GPA w/ amazing ECs for IVYs

32+ is much better than 2000

@CiaoRagazzi Is there a conversion scale online somewhere?

yeah. you can find them online or vanderzee has one

Yeah I saw that can you give me a link for an online version?

Edit: By the way, do you know any schools that “super-duper score” like University of Delaware? That’d be awesome!

Lol yeah idk how other schools feel about crossbreeding scores…

Even with a 2000 SAT, your GPA makes BU and Northeastern both reaches for you.

Dam is there no way for me to close the gap because of my horrible GPA :frowning: which is currently a 3.0867 weighted…

3.0WEIGHTED is not going to cut it at northeastern and BU unless you are full say and miraculously remain on the Last 5pc ‘marginal’ students that are taken because their money is their hook compared to other marginal students. Have you looked at the schools I suggested earlier?

Yes, get a 2300+, but I’m not sure that’s realistic.
You need to move on and look at a different category of school.

Do apply to BU, Northeastern , etc. Just to see. But odds are so key that you’ll get in that you must think about them as you would about lottery tickets … not a reliable outcome to bank on as far as your future goes. you need to look at a different category of schools. Your matches will be schools that take 3.2 students because your EC’s will help you - without them your matches would be schools for students with a 2.7. And so your safeties can be schools where the average student had 2.7-3.0 although I’d include a directional that admits most students from your area since it’d be a definite academic and financial safety. I already have you a list of possible reaches and definite matches. look at them. Come back here to indicate which ones you like and why so that we can suggest more like those.

@MYOS do you really think my chances at BU and Northeastern are reaches even though they are Tier 2 schools?

Give it a break BU is ranked 60 out of 3000 colleges.
