<p>[<em>] CA: Shadowed a surgeon at Westchester Plastic Surgery. 640 hours, 160 hours each summer. He wrote me a supposedly awesome letter.

I took an initiative after a forum I was a member on was forced to shut down, so I formed my own community so people can still be able to get feedback about their decisions, training, etc.
