Chance a friend?

Hi fellow CC-ers. A friend of mine would like to know her chances at some schools that include : BC, Tufts, UCL (London), Northwestern, UPENN, Purdue, UC Berkeley/Davis, UMass Amherst. Keep in mind that she has safety schools not listed in the aforementioned list. Mainly a Civil Engineering major in mind.

Starting off with ECs because they're too many to count but include LOTS of community service hours, internships, college prep programs, and head of student life departments at school; in addition to 5 years of tennis with the local country champion and sprint team (for sports).

Academics:

WGPA : 85/100 (school does not provide UWGPA or a 4.0 conversion scale)
SAT I : 1760 (R:490 M: 700 W : 570). Retaking in October for a 2000+
AP Calc AB : 4
Rank : 15/34

Attends a top 5 school in the country
Hardest possible course rigor

School Awards :
Honor Roll (since 8th grade)
Outstanding Achievement List

Other:
Not looking for financial aid. International student. Relatives (cousins) at Northwestern and Yale; don't know if that counts as legacy but adding it won't hurt :)
Essays will be great, definitely a great writer + good letters of recommendation.
Thank you for your time, ill be glad to chance you back if you like!

Bumppppppppp

For engineering (or even not), NU, UCB, UPenn, Purdue are all reach. The SAT score is too low (CR+M at 1190). Even 2000 is not quite enough for these engineering schools but may be within the match range for the other ones.

BC: high reach
Tufts: out of reach
UCL: out of reach
NU: out of reach
UPenn: out of reach
Purdue: match
UCB: high reach
UC Davis: high match
UMass Amherst: match

With that SAT score, the chance of admission to most top schools will be pretty slim, so hopefully your friend can bump it up a good 300-400 points!

Hopefully  thanks!!
