Chance a German international applicant ? :)

General Info:
Nationality: German
Country of birth: Switzerland

Essay: Will be rather strong I hope
Recommendations: From two of my teachers, they both like me a lot but I'm not sure how well the recs will be considering that they have never done this before
Financial Aid: I don't need financial aid

Schools I'm applying to:
Since in Switzerland I can get into any university if I have my Matura (highschool diploma), I'm shooting high in the USA, just to try :)
- Wellesley College
- Harvard University
- Amherst College
- Dartmouth College
- probably one or two small colleges

Stats and Test scores:
SAT I : 2000 - 660 Reading, 660 Math, 680 Creative Writing ; will retake in October (expect to do better in the Math section, perhaps in the Creative Writing as well)
SAT II : taken on June 4th, expected 750 - 800 in Latin, 800 in French, 800 in German
Highschool in France:
- Finished trimester as top student of the class, although I was not a native speaker before I came to France
Highschool in Switzerland:
- Average of 5.67 out of 6 (class average is 4.8), top student of the class, no grades under a 5.5
- 20 points over the grade of 4, whereas you need minimum 0 to pass
- No honors or AP courses available
- Ancient Greek and Religion as elective

I know that for internationals it is extremely hard to get into one of these top tier schools, so I'm not expecting a lot.
But I'd really appreciate if someone could tell be how much of a chance I really have, about the status of German/Swiss students in the USA, whether I count as URM. Thank you!
:)

Being full-pay will certainly help, especially at colleges that are not need-blind. (I know Wellesley IS, not sure about the other schools on your list…)

I do not think that any international students count as URM, but may be wrong about that.

Okay, thank you!

Anyone else?

You would need to get you SAT higher, or do the ACT. With the information given, all are reaches, but to give a more accurate chance you would need to give more information about the classes that you took.
