I think cornell requires the SAT II subject tests to be considered for admission. You might also want to retake the ACT because most of the applicants that will vying for a place at Cornell are likely to have scores higher than 30.

school of arts and science btw

I’m looking to apply to Cornell as well and I’m pretty sure they require 2 SAT II Subject Tests so you may want to look into taking some of those in the fall!

i can still do sat2s in october right?

Some require two, some one, some none:

You can still take SAT IIs in the fall. Another chance taking the ACT might not be bad either. a 30 probably isnt high enough for Cornell, even ED. Do well on your SAT IIs and make sure your essays are strong. I know you said you did, but why are you saying that? There’s no way to perfectly measure an essay. Someone I know got into Yale with an essay of like 76 words basically by saying “I wanna go here. I visited and got an in-depth talk with a counselor. It was a great visit and I now know my top school”. Make sure they’re top-notch because you probably need them. Cornell is still a reach for anyone, even ED. Good luck though!

P.S. What’s your intended major?
