i will have excellent letters of recommendation from both my counsellor and my teachers... also, i am a very passionate and driven person so im hoping that some of that will come out in my (hopefully well written) essay.

Well if you get the ACT to 33 i see you getting into cornell. If you apply ED you are almost a shoe in. The main reason why is you are going to major in russian studies. It is an uncommon major

Seems like you really like music and are pretty good at it. Have you done any Nat Music things ie: played a recital at Carnegie Hall?

Your test score is pretty weak. You’ll need at least a 33 or 34 ACT. Also, what did you get on SAT Subject tests? You’ll need at least 2 before you apply. I would recommend to retake each test until you get 750+ on each of your subject tests. You’ll probably do well on USH and Literature assuming you already got 5s on APLAC and APUSH AP tests.

Over all, seems iffy. Also it would really help if you had more stats ie: SAT IIs, AP tests scores etc. Just copy and past one of the formats from an accepted students form.
If you find everything, I can re-chance for a more accurate prediction.
