<p>I'm applying for:</p>

<p>(all with financial aid)</p>

<p>I'm in the IB Diploma program, with English, Chinese and History as my higher levels and Econ, Physics and Math as my standard levels.</p>

<p>I was recently predicted a 43/45 for IB.</p>

<p>SAT I: The results aren't out yet but probably around 2000-2100. (I know my SAT stats are weak, but I'm hoping my IB grades will make up for it)</p>

<p>SAT 2:
Chinese with listening = 800
English lit = (results aren't out yet but probably around 760)
Math Level 2 = (results aren't out yet. Probably over 700)</p>

<p>HSK: Level 9
ibT Toefl: 114/120</p>

<p>EC:
Home Sweet Home - refurnished a living room and made the 'Garden of Hope' for a house for the homeless.
Founding member of the Senior Chamber Choir
Badminton player at school
Participated in student government (SRC, Student Representative Council)
Won 1st place in Singing Competetion at school
2nd place in English Writing Contest </p>

<p>I know my EC's aren't great. The same goes for my SATs. I just want to know if there's a realistic chance I will get accepted into my top list of colleges.</p>

<p>I will not chance you here because i believe your schools are all reaches or low reaches for you.
Financail Aid is a great factor. As you said ur SAT and ECs are not taht strong, but they are some of the most important factors, unfortunately.
be sure to find some safety schools.</p>

<p>yes, i'm korean. I currently live and have lived in China for the past 10+ years, during which I was enrolled at various internaitonal schools. So I'm trilingual.</p>

<p>Yale, I'm not too sure. If your IB scores are as high as they are predicted, then you might have a chance, </p>

<p>Brown, Darthmouth, 2000-2100 SAT, I believe it's in reach, and with good recommendations and essay plus those ECs, you could possibly get in.</p>
