Great GPA, class rank, and ECs.
As you know, your SAT Math score is weak and the Chem score is dreadful.
But the SAT Subject tests are not required at Vandy.
As for the SATI, you said you were taking again "in October." Typo, or is this a copy of an old post, which would mean you have the new scores by now?
Finally, are you considering EDII, or are you applying somewhere else on that basis?

yess it was a copy from an old post lol ... and my score pretty much stayed the same from october. i am however taking the SAT subject tests for Math I and II and ive been studying for them so i think ill get over a 650. would that offset my SAT reasoning in math?

i am considering EDII..does that improve chancesss??? thankss for your help WCAS !!

Some schools will look at a very high SAT subject test score in math as improving a lower SATI score, but I am not sure what Vandy does. I am confident though that it could not hurt; it could only help, so go for it.
Where would you go if you got into every school on your list? (Okay, you're allowed to take out completely unreasonable schools; you're not getting into MIT or Princeton, so don't count them!) If Vandy is at the top, I would seriously consider applying EDII. If you are a candidate who is strong enough to be accepted RD, then you could theoretically have a better shot ED, because schools want to increase their "yield" on acceptances, which, in turn, helps keep down their acceptance rate. That's why most competitive schools are delighted to have really strong students applying ED.

I think your chance for admission is strong. Your GPA, rank, and curriculum are excellent. (I wouldn't worry about "only" 5 APs.) Your SATs are within range for Vandy. What I think will particularly catch the committee's attention is your rather unique service record. Service is hugely important at Vanderbilt. If you haven't completed your essays yet, I suggest finding a way to highlight the therapeutic riding.

If you can afford it and Vanderbilt is your true dream school, EDII is a great idea!

Hey I've applied ED1 to Vandy and I've been doing alot of research and talking with people and by looking at your stats your good.
Comming from the North helps with diversity and the scores aren't the determing factors of admission, just do good on the essay and you're in.
Also applying EDII helps your chances as well.
When it comes to admissions Vandy is need-blinded so it will not hurt nor help your admission.
Good Luck
