Chance a Penn Legacy?

my sats are: cr 730, math 670, writing 740
i havent takent sat IIs yet but im going to do math 1, chem, and japanese (which i should be able to get close to 800 on)
gpa is 3.74 out of 4.00, 4.33 out of 5.00
ive done mostly honors courses, but my only APs by the time i graduate will be English Lit, Japanese, Chinese, and Psych
sadly my high school doesnt rank.

i have been involved in my schools tech crew for our theater program all four years and have a leadership position this coming year as a senior. i have also been heavily involved in my schools international club for 3 years.

my dad, aunt, and all three of my first cousins (i feel like that doesnt matter haha) went to Penn...what are my chances?

also - im applying to the college of arts and sciences, its not like im going for wharton or anything lol

thanks in advance to everyone who responds!

Penn will know where you rank. Much stronger chance if you’re top of class. Stronger chance if you family has donated time and/or money. Try retaking for a few more SAT points.

I think it’s a bit of a reach even with your legacy, are you applying ED?

Legacy/ED and strong essays and you will be fine. Your stats are good enough and the Legacy/ED will tip the scales for you. Try the SAT again and do your SAT II’s in Sep/Oct you will be fine!
