Chance a redeemed screwup! Desparate need of advice.

Hey guys... Here is my story: I have always been relatively intelligent and stuff. In 9th grade my family life got very rocky due to my grandmothers death and my fathers reaction to her death. There were other problems but overall my lack of academic fortitude led to me failing two classes.

Since then I kinda decided college wasn't for me because of my lack of grades and financial security family wise... My freshman GPA was a 2.0 because I am (was) a big idiot. Its thebiggest mistake ive ever made and I wish I could slap my younger self silly...

Freshman Year - 1 honors class, 5 college classes. failed 2 college classes. 2.0 GPA
Sophomore Year - 2 Honors Classes, 4 college classes 3.5 gpa
Junior Year - 1 AP 3 Honors 2 College classes - 3.8 gpa
Senior Year - 2 AP 3 Honors 1 College (possibly 2 college) this will be ~a 3.8 as well.

Test Scores - I only took the SAT's once this fall when I realized going to college was in reach... scored a 660 CR, 550 M, 650 W on the october test.. not going to take again.

Class Rank: last time i checked due to my low 9th grade gpa i am in the bottom half of my class, but just almost at the halfway point...

There are 2 possibly big problems.. I only have 3 years of Math.. After getting over a 96 for the year in geometry my junior year, they let me take algebra 2 over the summer to advance to Honors Statistics.. I got a 97 forthe summer school, but they didnt give me academic credit so their is no record of my having taken algebra 2. Also, I failed latin 9th grade, had an abysmal teacher for both 10th and 11th grade spanish, so even though i got a 95+ both 10th and 11th grades, didnt pursue spanish in my senior year...

i am so scared colleges will not even look at me because of my freshman history and lack of math / language...

my extracurriculars include Students Against Destructive Decisions, an honors and high rated choir, a jass choir, a capella choir, politics club, enviromental youth coalition... my volunteer experience has been singing for the sick and elderly at christmas.

work experience includes 20 hour week job at pizza place for past2 years, and have worked two summers in ireland on my families farm / supermarket...

please help me i am so lost in the application process... where do i stand for these schools:

St Michaels College VT
UVM
Umass Amherst
University of Connecticut
Plymouth State
University of New Hampshire
University of Colorado Boulder
other Umasses..
Other Colorado colleges...

where do you guys think i should look also? i am very passionate about skiing, politics, and plan to pursue a degree in political science thinkign about law school as well..
