<p>I would say not great. If you were coming directly out of high school you would have difficulty with those stats and your first semester at college has been good but not great. Certainly though…worth a try…and dazzle them with an essay that truly speaks to who you are and why USD.</p>
<p>Yeah, I think I wrote a pretty solid essay. I also think my supplement was very well written. I know that grades are weighed the most, but hopefully they can see past it. Plus, I am doing really well this semester. My business law professor wrote me a very solid recommendation letter. </p>
<p>I would love to be able to attend USD.</p>
<p>I have read in several publications that a solid letter of recommendation can hold a tremendous amount of weight…so that may be your ticket! Best of luck to you.</p>
