Hey, I'm currently a 2nd semester sophomore at USC considering transfer for the fall semester. In terms of why I want to transfer, its because I feel like I'm not a good fit and I'm trying to get a change of scenery for the upcoming fall.

My stats are
Asian American Male from New Jersey
HS GPA of 3.64 unweighted
SAT of 1380
B.S. in Business Administration with potential minor in Sports Media studies
3.55 overall GPA and 3.5 within my major

Activities at USC:
Played club lacrosse from 09-10
Currently working with a program that interacts with international students studying abroad at USC for 10-11
May volunteer this semester if no work opportunities pop up
Worked with Bank of America summer '10

Schools I am looking at include: (all for business)
UVA
Penn
Boston College
NYU
Emory
Georgetown

If there's any other information that would be helpful, I'd be more than happy to add it to make chancing me as easy as possible. I'd love to return the favor somehow and could answer questions about USC if anyone has any.

im sure u can get into boston college
but boston college in fact is very boring . not like california. are you sure u want to come there. I took class over there and pretty much it was like a church. teacher was like pastor and students just listen
im planning to relocate back to california. Does usc require 60 credits prior transferring. how many recs did you submit/

emory is not bad. i didnt visit but my friend, asian too , says that there isnt any asian girl.

I got into USC as a high school student so it took me 2 high school reqs. Not too informed about the transfer process as much as I am informed about general stuff about USC and with its business school.

I think that Business Admin is pretty competitive at most schools, and I know that most students admitted to USC have high GPAs. I would say you have a 50-60% chance, because most business-related majors are so competitive (though your GPA definitely is not low!).
