Chance an early 2017 hopeful

Hi!
It's been a while since I have logged on here. Daughter graduated from ND last May and is now in med. school! Now, we have junior son looking at ND with very different stats. Could someone who has done this lately give us an idea of his chances? Thanks! Go Irish!

Male, Chicago suburbs, large competitive public school

GPA: 4.2 (weighted)
ACT: Hasn't taken as a junior, but as a sophomore got a 33 with a 36 in Math and 35 in Science.

Most difficult schedule with all honors/AP classes (will graduate with 9 AP's)

Scholastic Bowl 3 years so far, captain this year
WYSE 2 years so far
Environmental Action club, 3 years so far-very much my son's passion
Science and Math awards
Concert Choir member all 3 years
Service through Catholic church, with summer service trip planned this summer

Hook? Legacy with Father and Sister

I know it's early, but there may be some things he can do to increase his chances. Thanks!

Legacy with father (sister doesn’t count) and 33 or better on ACT puts him in good shape. Bump it up to a 34 and apply early.
