You look great. Your stats are a lot like mine without the IB. (Because my school doesn't offer it.) I'd say you have a good chance. Congrats on your grades so far, even with mono! I am just wondering about your weighted GPA. What is your school's GPA scale? That GPA looks too large to be on a standard 4.0 scale. Take a careful look at it. I.E. my school uses a 4.67 "partial credit" scale, which has GPA distinctions between A+ A and A-, and larger weights on honors and AP classes than normal.

^Meh..I don't want to go out of state :(
I'm a year younger than everyone (i started school a year early) so I'm sort of afraid of moving out and being far from home (yeah i know, i'm lame) or else I would be applying to ivy leagues.
I would lovvvve to go to Duke, I just wish it were closer to me.

I'm also a year younger for my grade (it may or may not look good for college applications.)

It does sound lame, but you really shouldn't have a problem getting into Florida. By the way, are you a National Merit Semi-Finalist? Florida really wants the most National Merit Scholars as they can and will give a lot of great incentives for going.

If you want to get into the honors program the requirement is at least a 1400 SAT, so if you plan on retaking the SAT keep that in mind.
So far, you're looking good though.
