@ adrivit : thanks for answering ilovemusic's query..

@ ilovemusic : thanks..i know all the schools are fantastic but i unfortunately do not have any safety school.so it's either one of these schools or bum for me..anyway i love listening to Santana and as for the Tyler-Santana pair, they have made some wonderful music together earlier as well so it's no surprise that this track is superb too..good luck to you too.

Your short answer is very strong. I hope your long essay is less abstract by comparison, however. If so, and it is error free, you seem like you might be accepted. Your TOEFL score would be a primary factor.

i dunno..i got rejected by Duke, Northwestern and U Chicago..the only reason that I can give to console myself is that these schools are need-sensitive and not blind to international aid applicants..anyway thanks..good luck.

I got in duke!!!! :d

congratulations, bro.

rejected…however, i’ll most probably be going to Wharton.

You need to take AP tests. Clearly if your school does not even offer AP or IB classes, there is probably a difference in the rigor between yours, and a school that offers 30 AP classes. It isn’t hard at all to get straight As in all regular classes. Also, your SAT is too low.

^ made it to Wharton, Harvard, Columbia and Brown…off to Penn :)
