Chance an international applicant please!

<p>Alright, so I was getting pretty anxious because I have applied RD and haven't heard from UMich till now.Does that mean a reject? :-( Can anyone chance me for engineering?</p>

<p>Projects: Improved solarpowered vehicles by using batteries in place of on-board solarpanels. Builtrobots like obstacle avoiding vehicles, line followers, grid solving vehicleand a basicrobotic hand. Built a Low Temperature Differential Stirling Engine. Developing means for extracting electricity from mechanical stresses involved in various processes (by using piezoelectric pressure pads and spring actuated dynamos). Will applyforpatents.</p>

<p>Apartfrom this I'm a full paying international applicant, on a gap year. School doesn't report rank and only 10th and 12th grade scores are sent, but I guess I should be in the top 10 percent.</p>

<p>Hey I’m an applicant from India too! I got accepted to LSA a couple of weeks ago, but a friend of mine who applied at the exact same time hasn’t heard back yet.</p>

<p>You have excellent EC’s and decent stats, just wait till 16th April because that’s what UMich told my friend.</p>

<p>I don’t know if being a full paying international helps though, since UMich doesn’t give need based aid to internationals anyways…</p>
