10char

Great academic stats; it couldn’t get much better than that. Academically speaking, you have a shot in all of those university. It comes down to the essays now ;)

P.S.: I’m applying for many of your schools as an international too. May we have a fair dispute lol

Good luck!

^ thank you and good luck to u too
may the best win :)

anyone else?

bumpp!!!

Your ECs are very impressive, but your CR score is a bit of a concern. I think Lafayette is pretty much a guarantee and at least one or two of the others will come through. I’m saying that because I have a classmate with somewhat similar credentials (medalled at the IMO last year, amazing SAT IIs, low CR and W) who’s been deferred by Stanford (which is moderately encouraging as Stanford doesn’t defer people who have no chance of acceptance) and is now hoping for RD acceptances from similar schools. So I think you can look forward to the same thing. Dartmouth, Amherst, and perhaps MIT look most likely to me.

Mathsfreak, have you qualified for BMO1 or BMO2? BMO2 would look really nice, equivalent of USAMO.

i am not in uk
but i have qualified the equivalent tests here in my country, we are in the last stages of training… Starting from over 1000 students from my country who took the first screening test, only 17 are left after the eliminations at the end of training camps

Ghostt
Thankyou for chancing me. I know my CR score isnt great, but i didn’t want to take the SAT again and look test-obsessive… But hey at the end of A level, i will have 7 full A levels and 1 AS level, when only 3/4 A levels are the norm. Will that offset my bad cr score?

WOW! Your ECs are impressive :D

can i bump this thread once again?
I recently got the outstanding cambridge learner award for best AS level result in my country!

How much does that improve my chances

I’d say a LOT! dude your academics are literally mind blowing… seriously… Wow…
