Chance an International Student for NYU Stern please?

Hi guys, I just wanted to know what my chances are for NYU Stern and if it is considerably harder to get into Stern than into CAS. I want to study economics, what do you think I should do? (I'm an international student, Spanish, Studying IB as a boarder in an english school)

These are my stats:

I fluently speak English, Spanish, Italian, took two years of German courses (A2 Level) and I'm currently doing Mandarin Ab Initio

SUBJECTS:
I'm taking the IB diploma with:
Maths HL
Spanish HL A
Economics HL
English B SL
Biology SL
Mandarin Ab Initio

I have 7 predicted in all the subjects, with an overall prediction of 45 points.

SATS:
I took the SATs 3 times, with my highest score being 2050 and the others 1970 and 1990. (planning to take it again in JAN)

GPA:
I don't know what my GPA is but I got high-ish grades throughout all high school (in Spain and in England).

CLASS RANK:
With 45 predicted, I'm the first in a graduating class of around 45 students.

Toefl IBT:
109/120(minimum required by all the colleges is 100).

EXTRACURRICULARS:

-Tennis for 3 years
-Golf for 1 year
(never took part in any competitions except from swimming when I was smaller)

-Job Shadowing the CEO of a factory for one week.

ECONOMICS RELATED EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (100% applying for economics major)

I don't know if this matters but as I applied to very competitive UK universities (Oxbridge, LSE..) I read a number of really challenging economics books (Like The General Theory, Road to Serfdom...), went to many lectures and courses related to economics.

Also I have no need for financial aid

I think you have a decent chance: 50-65%

is it harder to get into stern rather than in NYU?
