Chance an international student hoping to major in English?

Hi there!

Could you guys please chance me for Brown and these other schools? It's between Amherst and Brown for ED but I'm not sure about my chances to be honest. Many of my achievements do require some kind of local context with an understanding of my country so if you require further clarification, I will gladly provide it

High reach: Amherst (ED!!), Brown, Williams, Columbia
Reach: Cornell CAS
Match: UMich LSA, NYU CAS, Vassar
Safety: Emerson College

I chose schools without the Core, and I am definitely wholeheartedly in love with the Open Curriculum. I kind of differ from the Asian stereotype in that I am intensely adverse towards anything with numbers, and I love language. I'm intending to do an English major, and double-major in either Philo or Linguistics. I want to grad school after and do my MA in Creative Writing, cuz I've wanted to be a published writer since the age of 7.

Here are my stats:

Objective:[ul]
[] SAT I (breakdown): 2220 Superscore (800 CR, 710 M, 710 W)
[] SAT II: Lit 730, Math I 650 (Retaking on Oct 5, hoping for low 700s for Math and 750+ for Lit)
[] Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): School doesn't calculate GPA sigh.
[] Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): School doesn't rank, but consistently honour roll material.

[] Senior Year Course Load: Basically full A Level course load, with 2 extra Independent Studies. H2 Lit, H2 Theatre Studies, H2 English Language and Linguistics, H2 KI (something like TOK for IB but way more complex) (J1 End-of-Years: A A B E, J2 Terms: A A B C, J2 Prelim results will be out next week, but expecting A A B C), 2 Extended Essays (for KI and Drama, both around 2.5-3k words)
