<p>I think you have a good chance. My son got in with a 3.8 and 1330/1600. Psu says that GPA counts for 2/3 of the decision, so you're in pretty good shape there, especially if your weighted is around 4.0. If you're applying for fall 2009 admission, you should apply now, if you haven't already. Just curious, if you plan to graduate in 2012, are you trying to start in spring 2009 or not take summers off? You can increase your chances of admission by indicating you are willing to start in the summer session.</p>

<p>The earlier you get your application in, the better. They have rolling admissions and admissions gets tougher on the later applications. This may be because some of the programs are filling up. The business school is one of the toughest to get into and they told us they do try to limit the number of students admitted to it. I think they usually send out the first round of acceptances the end of October or the beginning of November, so for your best chance of acceptance, you should probably have your application in by mid-October.
