Chance at Columbia?!?!

<p>So I'm a junior, about to be a senior, and I want to know if Columbia could be in my future.</p>

2nd place internationally in a technical writing competition; i'm entered again this year with another paper
Jefferson award for community service, representing my high school in a scholarship competition.</p>

<p>i think you’re on the right track. might want to raise your SAT scores a little bit or just focus on getting a 34+ on the ACT :)</p>

<p>Do you have plans to major in the physical sciences? If so, have you explored these subjects outside of your school. For example, at science camps for gifted students, summer research at a local college, etc.?</p>

<p>Are you good at any of the sports you play? If yes, then it might not be a bad idea to contact the coaches in your respective sports and try to get recruited.</p>

<p>oh no, i’m definitely not good enough for the college level, seeing as i’m not even on varsity. haha</p>
