Chance at Cornell ED, Brown, Columbia, Yale, NYU, USC, UPenn

Last one, probably. I keep posting these but no one actually answers the actual question…
This time, I’ve actually submitted my app for Cornell ED and am on a waiting journey of 1.5 months for the decision. Haven’t applied to the other schools.

Also got a C second semester in Precalc H, though I got A’s in every other subject that semester.

Jazz soloist at city’s chili cook-off
Oil painting for 5 years, artwork displayed at county’s cultural diversity celebration and in school’s art journal and newspaper
Juror on Peer Court
UCI Summer Institute in Law for a week in the summer
Secretary of high school’s history club - drafting school’s first constitution (this doesn’t factor for Cornell, as I’m getting the position after I sent my app)
(separate EC under family responsibilities) taught grandma English

3 Letters of Rec: Counselor’s (good), US History and English 3H teachers (both excellent)
Essays: Common app’s is outstanding (personal experience [no criticism of Trump or anti-Trump, it’s apolitical] at Trump rally, used prompt 4), supplement is good (love for Chinese history/philosophy)

Note: I AM APPLYING TO SAFETY SCHOOLS
Responses appreciated. I want to know if I can take off a few of the schools above if I have no viable chance at getting in. Thanks

Cornell ED- Very likely
Brown- Very likely
Columbia, Low reach
Yale, low reach
NYU- Match
USC- 100%
UPenn- Low reach.

That’s my opinion on it, ask me if you have any questions about why I wrote something!

Any others? I’m kinda wary of the “low reach” and “very likely” though. Especially for Yale and Columbia.

Hey - everything looks great except for your GPA which I’m sure you know. But I think your test scores will help balance the GPA. Your ECs look very good for your intended major and if you’re essays are as good as you say, then I think you’ll have a pretty good shot. Good luck!

Bump? This is my last thread here, probably. Might as well.

GPA is too low. All ivies are reaches, regardless of Cornell’s high ED acceptance rate. USC is definitely not a 100%. Brown is not a very likely.
