Chance at Harvard/Yale/Ivy League Law Schools?

I am currently a student at an urban university in Detroit, and I am transferring to the University of Michigan next winter. I will be a sophomore then. I'm just wondering if schools like Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Stanford etc look at transfer students weakly. I currently have a 3.9 GPA and am in the honors program but am not happy here. If I maintain this GPA when I am at Michigan and score above a 170 on my LSAT, will I still have as much of a chance as everyone else applying to top law schools?
