So I have a very low GPA, but none of these are very prestigious colleges, maybe more average or a little above average. The following are stats after senior year

Honors Classes:
Honors English 9
Honors English 10
Honors Algebra 2
Honors Pre Calc
Honors Biology
Honors World Studies

AP/IB Classes:
AP Calc AB
AP Calc BC
AP Language and Comp
IB Biology
AP European History
IB Literature
IB Chemistry

Regular Classes:
Economics
US History
Chemistry

Electives:
Astronomy
Anatomy
Physcology
Debate
Spanish I-III

EC's:
3 Years Debate Team
4 Years Quiz Bowl
4 Years Tennis
2 Years Out Doors Club
2 Years One Small Step
2 Years Chess Club
2 Years Astronomy Club
1 Year Spanish Club

Volunteering:
100 Hours at Hospital

Have not taken ACT or SAT yet, but I recieved a 164 on my PSAT without prep, so I'm assuming with prep I should be able to get at least 1700-1800 on my SAT and 25+ on my ACT. The real problem is with all these classes there is no weighted GPA giving me about a 3.2 GPA

The GPA can't be raised any higher then that, and It's low because I took all honors classes my freshman year and wasn't ready for it and I was still weak on my GPA sophomore year. Will these colleges consider that I took some of the most rigorous courses at my school? Also I doubt I can get above a 30 on my ACT even with prep, due to being bad at standardized tests, so would shooting for a 28 be good and guarantee success?

What I really want to know is what can I do to guarantee myself to get into one of these colleges?

Thanks!
