solid shot, gpa only inhibitor

@kjake2000 ya the gpa is something, I’m like the lowest gpa kid in my ap classes like BC but maybe that shows that I’m capable or something because they picked me over the other 70 kids with higher gpa to be in bc(restrictive ap)

Yeah, it’s going to be your GPA holding you back, and your ECs don’t have any particular hook into engineering.I’ll predict that MIT, Columbia, and Carnegie reject, in order of confidence, and then that GTech may accept you. Even if it doesn’t, CP SLO is a great engineering school. Good luck.

yeah looks good except GPA-wise, i’d say a good shot at GTech but likely not a good chance for MIT, Columbia, or Carnegie. Best of luck!

I would say in at Georgia Tech, slight chances at Columbia/Carnegie, and rejected at MIT. Your GPA & rank will hurt you, but your ACT will help, though SAT II’s are pretty average. Some more STEM EC’s would’ve helped, I believe.

Chance me back?

btw rank won’t be reported because my school doesn’t release ranks, i got this ranking from snooping over a counselor’s shoulder when they were on my profile
