Also, I applied to CAS.

It’s difficult. You have a very solid profile. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got in. I think the essays really work to bring your application together if they are as good as you say. I wish you the best of luck, even if you don’t need it.

UPenn- high match/low reach

I think you have a good shot of making it into UPenn (URM status, good scores, good ECs). Probably as others have said: Low reach.

bump

bumppppp

Your chance of a maths major might suffer due to your non-full-mark SAT and SAT II maths, as well as AP Cal. However, apart from these scores (who knows if they put a lot of weight on your intended major results?), you have a good chance.

thanks

hi

bump

bump

lol

bump?

I think your chances are extremely good. For URM, your scores/gpa are very high. Furthermore, your level of involvement is impressive. Don’t listen to the person saying getting 1 question wrong on the math SAT will hurt you. It won’t

Whelp, I got deferred.

Don’t sweat it! You have some incredible stats meaning you busted your butt off to be in this position. Just being deferred from Penn shows that you would be accepted to about 97% of colleges and universities in the country. I’m sure all will work out for the best and you’ll end up at a great school.
