<p>^ Wow...70 lbs in a year! Hopefully you added some height too...LOL. It's tough to add good quality weight, but definitely easier when you're young.</p>
<p>Most high school football players will eat junk and put on tons of fat and say, ohhh look at me I'm 285...yeaaaah, real good genius...now you have no frickin' mobility!</p>
<p>yeah...well that was the beginning of my freshman year (summer football so about june) to the end of sophomore season (october). I was extremely skinny but i have a big bone structure so it was pretty easy for me to ad weight. once i got to 180 i had to really try hard to gain weight. plus being toned is better for the ladies ;) haha</p>
