<p>I’m just curious. You didn’t mention your essays at all. How much time and effort did you put into them? I know many highly qualified applicants stats wise did not accepted and many of them admitted they didn’t spend much time on their essays thinking their stats would carry them. I am not saying it is the case with you but since you didn’t mention your essays at all I wanted to get your feedback.</p>
<p>In retrospect my common app essay was a bit rushed since I applied EA to a school, but my Northwestern supplement itself was one of my better essays. Good luck to all of you who are about to apply!</p>
<p>Congrats to all those accepted ED! And to all those who weren’t do not let it get you down, the process is very arbitrary and random at points, I got rejected from Northwestern as well but ended up going to Duke so you really can’t let one decision kill you. Good luck all!</p>
