Chance for an older transfer student?

To clarify, not too much older. I am age 27, with 60 units of transferable credit.

GPA: 3.5

Extra Curricular: I am married and have our own place. Much of my extra time goes to work. I am majoring in Accounting and work a CPA firm. I have worked full-time since high school, but have gone down to part time just this last year to complete my degree.

Jobs: Supervisor at Fortune 500 company; Manager of a hockey rink (children/adults); part time Administrative Assistant at a medium sized CPA Firm

Schools:
Loyola Marymount
Pepperdine
CSUN
USC

And my final question is, many schools have already passed deadlines for Fall and most have a limit of 60 transferable credits. Is there a disadvantage to applying in Spring?

Thank you for your time.
