<p>I will be applying for regular decision, and I am a Canadian student</p>

<p>SAT 1: 2320 (800 math, 760 reading, 760 writing)
SAT 2: Physics 800 Math II 800</p>

<p>GPA: School doesn't have a gpa system, most of my marks range from high 80's to high 90's</p>

<p>I'm also an IB diploma student. My courses and predicted grades are: HL Eng 5(mybe6), SL French 5, HL Math 7, HL Chemistry 7, HL Physics 7, SL Econ 7</p>

<p>Some awards I received in include:
2008 OAPT Physics Contest: 2nd place nationally
Achieved Gold Standard in the Galois Mathematics Contest
Champ Math Contest: Top Team and Highest Results Distinction
6th place overall in DECA Provincial Competition
2nd place in Multiple Choice Test in DECA Provincial Competition</p>

<p>you should do ED. guarantee you'll be in.</p>

<p>Some of those contests are impressive, I'd say a great chance for Engineering.
ED will seal the deal, but with RD you still have a good shot.</p>

<p>You pretty well-rounded as well as a good fit for engineering (Strong interest in science and math). Obviously, essays and recommendations are important, but I'd say you have a good shot!</p>
