Chance for Honor's College/Merit Scholarships (OOS)

I applied to Delaware's Honor's College early January (had to wait for test scores). I live in Maryland, and the total cost for Delaware is enormous, so I was wondering what the chances were for significant merit scholarships? I plan on majoring in chemical engineering.

Chemical Engineering is perhaps the most competitive major for admission for OOS students to UD. Your stats are very good and I feel your have a decent shot for admission to the Honors Program with some merit aid. The amount is difficult to predict. I would suggest you go thru the Class of 2018 Acceptance thread on this board. Some applicants accepted gave their stats and merit aid they received so this might give you some rough idea of what you possibly expect to receive. Good luck.

Thank you for the reply! Will check out that thread.
