<p>Yes. You need to bring your grades up substantially or have something else that really distinguishes you in a positive way.</p>
<p>Honestly, the MBA advisors can have some wiggle room depending on the school. Usually, a 3.0 is the minimum, but a high GMAT score might offset the low GPA. I think the GMAT is more weighted than GPA. I got into the University of South Florida with a 3.26, so it really depends on the school.</p>
<p>what kind of ECs do they look for? What outside of high GMAT and GPA makes for an excellent candidate? work experience?</p>
