I haven't taken my midterm test yet and I'm hoping I will get at least a B on each class.
Oh, and do IVY leagues look at GPA WITH the semester grades (or final)? Or they look at each quarter?

first of all you need to chill out and stop being a freak. Don’t be so hard on yourself, its freshman year. Don’t slack off but what happens happens. As far as grades go, its w.e your school sends. My school sends a transcript with final grades from each year, yours could be different, so ask you guidance consular. Take a chill pill. Concerning IVYs i have 14 friends already acepted to ivy legue schools and let me tell you a little fact. 12 of them are athletes. Thats the only way to be sure of getting in. The other 2 are indian and have above 2350s and above 98s unweighted. Not to mention we go to one of the top private schools in the nation. Dude you have to get real.

hey; i’m a freshman who wants to go there too.
my friend’s sister goes there; and she got really good grades on the sat/act.
she also did soccer & basketball.
she had all a’s, and was in like, 3 clubs.

ec’s matter, because with all the good grades, they probably need something else to look at to differentiate you from everyone else.

so, i recommend getting all a’s and joining 2 or 3 clubs. be commuted, quality over quantity. :)
