Chance for New Paltz?

<p>Yes I know this is not "What Are My Chances" section but they are not responding well. I would love to go to SUNY New Paltz and just wanted to know my chances. </p>

<p>I attend Long Island Lutheran middle and high School (LUHI). Its a private Lutheran school and tuition is around $11,000 a year.
GPA: 3.5 unweighted (91)
SAT: Math and Critical reading- 1010 (I am not good for sitting still and taking long tests)
Barely any extracurriculars.</p>

<p>Does going to a private school help me? </p>

<p>How are my chances for it?</p>

<p>I know I have asked this before but I was just rejected by Stony Brook and was just wondering my chances. I plan to major in Philosophy too.</p>

<p>I also got rejected by Stony brook today but I was accepted to New Paltz about a month ago. I have similar stats, got a 1010/1600 on my SATs. My GPA is slightly higher than yours (94.04 unweighted) but I do think you have a good chance of getting accepted. Don’t worry too much about it. :)</p>

<p>Yeah some, no sports just stuff like national senior honor society, talented and gifted club, and global links.</p>
