Hi, Im a male international student from Korea. Please let me know if I have chance of getting into Northeastern (I applied Early Decision 1)

Essays:

  • Wrote about how a volunteering at a refugee center reminded me of when I first came to the United States and motivated me to further strive for my goal (checked by 7 teachers and they said it was a very emotional and motivational essay.)(Essay was very personal)

Showing interest:

  • Constantly asked questions and stayed in touch for regional admissions representative

Questions:

  • my only concern is the relatively low Reading score on the SAT for Northeastern. I have a 640, and the 25th percentile is 680 so I am very concerned about this, considering that I am an international student

  • Do I have even a small chance of getting into NEU? I applied ED1, would this help a little bit?

Thank you.
