Cal poly super scores. I would retake to get the composite up. Is your gpa the California GPA?
SLO uses 9-11th grades in their GPA calculation. The average GPA for Engineering was 4.17 and ACT scores look very competitive. Materials Engineering has about a 30% acceptance rate so I think you have a decent chance.
