Adding:

Concertmaster (only at one point...) - School orchestra (3rd best in Texas)
8 years of violin

Realize when you submit such supplements that they will be scrutinized by the best professionals Stanford has in the field, often people who have written multiple books on such subjects. If you are really that good at art, then by all means submit it. However, if that was the case, an admissions officer may wonder why the only art-related extracurricular you have is Art Club...

Everything is stanford level except, as you said, your ECs (also, volunteering and leadership are weak). You are probably a bit below the cusp for Stanford acceptance, so you'll have to try really hard with your college essays.

looks pretty good. I'd say the chances are definitely with you.

Your academics and artistic abilities are definitely on Stanford's level. However, your ECs are a little below that, and you don't play a sport. That, in combination with your ethnicity, makes Stanford a slight reach, but you have a very good chance.

I am not the best writer, either. So I'm worried... Most of Stanford's students are very creative writers. (That's the impression I got from my friends who were admitted)

I also don't think they'll like me because I don't focus on ONE thing. But that can also be turned around in their question for "why is Stanford a good place for you?" Stanford would allow me to take many classes outside of my major, which is what I really want to do. I do not like to be restricted like I would be in a public institution...
