I'm currently a sophomore in high school and these are my top picks in order of preference. I want to major in biology or biochemistry, possibly with a second major in music.

Stats:

Freshman year:
Algebra 2: A/A
Beginning composition (required): A/A
Speech and Debate: A/A
Band: A/A
Biology: A/A
Honors English: A/A
Spanish 1: A/A
Athletic PE: A/A

Sophomore Year: so I moved between freshman and sophomore year and my classes got really messed up due to mismatching prerequisites. So I'm not in any APs this year, which I'm worried could really hurt me
Band: A/A
Spanish 2: A/A
Math Analysis (this class should have been precalc, but my new school puts trig with algebra 2 & my old school puts it with precalc. This class is basically for kids who take regular algebra 2 then math analysis in replacement of algebra 2/trig, so it's a joke, but they wouldn't put me in precalc): A/A
English (honors not avail): A/A
Modern World History (this is a freshman class & prerequisite for AP Euro at my new school, at my old school we took World as a sophomore and I was planning to take AP):A/A
Chemistry: A/A
PE: A/B (my teacher is really tough. Hopefully this B won't hurt me too much?)

This is what I have planned for junior year:
AP US History
AP Physics B
AP Biology
AP Calc AB (I'm taking precalc online now)
English (regular, honors but not AP is offered but I honestly don't have time)
Spanish 3
AP Human Geography

Senior Year:
AP Gov
AP Lit
AP Calc BC
AP Psychology
Spanish 4 honors
Java computer programming & Anatomy & Physiology at the community college

My school is a top 100 public school, it's very rigorous. It doesn't offer honors classes except for languages, only AP

So other than that:

I was secretary of science club at my old school, I'm a member at my new school

I was elected treasurer of Leo club for my junior year, I will probably be president senior year

I started a program called club connect (founder & president) where I work with elementary aged kids who write letters to nursing home residents. I'm working with two schools right now & I'm hoping to get to five or six.

Next year a friend & I will be co-founding & co-captaining a science Olympiad team

I do about 200 hours of community service at a local nursing home each year.

I play piano (9 years) I also teach piano to two students to make spending money

JV & club soccer freshman year (tore up my knee & had to quit)
JV Softball sophomore & junior year (possibly captain next year)
Varsity softball senior year

Summers:
Before ninth: Two weeks volunteer work in costa rica, club soccer training
Before tenth: CTY Genetics
Before eleventh: 5 week internship at Mahidol University in Thailand. (through an exchange program called KEI)
Before twelfth: Hopefully something prestigious, I've been looking at the Clark Scholars program & the Boston University research program and a few others. I know I don't have the stats for RSI, MITES, etc. but I may throw in an application anyway. It depends what I get into. If I can find an internship close to home (UC Berkeley) I would probably do that

Stats: Female, California

Hooks: Third generation Harvard (my dad, uncle, & grandpa went there for college)also, my grandpa is on staff at a Harvard teaching hospital
My parents both went to Stanford for grad school but do they care if it was grad school?
25% Latina if that matters...

SAT: haven't taken it but I'm estimating around a 2200

I'm planning to take subject tests in physics, US History, Biology & Math 2

I got a 197 on the PSAT sophomore year with no prep but I'm going to prep next year to hopefully get a 220ish & some kind of national merit commendation

So basically I worry that I haven't won any awards & that may be a dealbreaker? Any advice for the next two years?
