I’m currently enrolled as a first-year at Northeastern University pursuing a combined major of Computer Science and Music. Over the course of my first semester, it became clear to me that the size of the institution and the location and setting of the campus within the city of Boston is definitely not sitting well with me. Given this, I’m heavily considering transferring to a much smaller and more rural liberal arts college for Fall 2018.
After visiting Middlebury, the campus and general environment really left an impression on me, and I’m now considering it as a top choice among my transfer options. The only thing I’m worried is whether I have a chance at being accepted as a transfer student, given Midd’s already selective admissions and transfer acceptance statistics of previous years.
