Hey I was admitted this year for history and IR. I don’t know how helpful this will be but I think your chances are ok. your ACT seems a bit low but your course load looks pretty similar to mine (almost identical actually except I took 4 APs junior year and 5 senior year. Make sure to do extra well first semester/ quarter of senior year for sure!). I think the only area that looks a bit weak to me are the extra curriculars because I know that Tufts places a huuuugeee amount of emphasis on these. The president thing will be a big feather in your cap but I would try to do something your passionate about this summer and that is impactful (maybe an internship?) because I think that my EC’s are what actually got me along with high scores and good recs (but mainly EC’s).I think you are on the right track and that the essays will play a big role in your admission! Only thing I would say is that u could try to up the ACT a bit (I have friends with better scores who were rejected and otherwise were similar to me ) and try to do something you are excited about this summer and you will be in a good shape! DM if you have any other questions about my application or my friends who did and didn’t get in:) I sure hope this helps alittle!
