Chance me please! With all the college early decisions coming out, I started wondering how I would fare for next year. Thanks~!

They are all reaches (for everyone!). Your academics are stellar, and your PSAT score doesn’t even matter. I think you should apply to some lower tier schools as well, such as UCLA, Berkeley, and USC. You will definitely get in those.
MIT: low reach
HYPS: reach
Uchicago: reach
With that being said, I think you will definitely get in one of the schools you mentioned. Focus on your essays. Make them unique and not cliche. Best of luck

I am going to also apply to Duke, Wash U, Northwestern for sure and I’m uncertain about the rest. I’m not sure how I would fare at any of those schools but from what I read, it’s a lot easier to get into those than the ones I listed above. The California schools are too far (East Coast) and I’m not sure if it would be financially great. I’m looking into other schools a bit closer to the East Coast.

Thanks rhg3rd for that point, I’m taking SAT Physics and Chemistry this year and expecting 800 on chem and high 700s in physics. I will be sure not to forget that.
Thanks SBlizzard, sjh, scderek! I’ll chance you guys back too!

All of these schools are on the same level. MIT/HYPS/UChi are all about equal. You have a long shot. You are upper middle class, asian, no sports, nothing standing out. Not being harsh but your chances aren’t that great. That said, you should still apply because you could pull a great interview or write a good essay that makes you stand out. There’s a lot of wild cards out there. I wouldn’t be surprised to see you get rejected from all of these schools. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see 1 maybe 2 acceptances
