What is with the GPA? It does not match with your SAT at all. Even with that GPA you should be able to get admitted to UMBC pretty easily.

I got a large amount of B’s and I didn’t know that it would have such a drastic effect on my GPA.

You should have no problem getting in.

Am I still in the running for Meyerhoff due to my high stats in fields other than GPA?

Also my chances for any scholarship, thanks

My daughter has a couple of friends at UMBC who are Meyerhoff scholars. I really don’t know what the average stats are for them. In addition to the Meyerhoff scholarships, there are others that you could apply for: humanities scholars, Linehan artist scholars, women in technology scholars, Sherman teacher scholars, or Sondheim public affairs. But based on your high school courses, it appears that Meyerhoff would be best suited for your interests (science).
