-I have been in over 6 plays throughout HS</p>

<p>Your SAT and class rigor are good. Your GPA is going to hurt you a bit. You have some great ECs, but I am not sure that will help with admission. What is your weighted GPA?</p>

<p>Also SAT verbal and math? Maryland doesn’t count the writing.</p>

<p>Your SAT’s are high enough and like MDdad said, good EC’s but I’m not sure about the GPA and OOS. Is there anything your counselor could write in your favor on the recommendation form to explain the GPA? My guess is that it might be a bit of a reach for fall admission, but a decent chance for spring. Definitely worth a try. Good luck!</p>
