you are amazing in many ways. you will get in to most of them but you will never get a date but probably won’t care. relax. smile. go for a hike. it will help you in the long run

one question: How did you participate in TASP in 2009 then in RSI this year. Don’t you need to have completed your junior year to have done TASP?

ah! I have a friend who went to TAMS and is going to Stanford this year :)

your scores/stats/whatever are great, but obviously you already know that and don’t need random strangers on the internet to tell you that to boost your self esteem (hopefully). you have a great chance at all of these schools. just try and distinguish yourself from the rest of the math/sci pool.

Your key competition is others from your school. Every top school will only take so many from each top high school, so how you stack up there is everything.

How do you know you are a National Merit Scholar? They are not announced yet. TASP is only available after the junior year. There is a sophomore program, but it has a different name and it would seem that someone involved in it would use the correct name.

National Merit Scholar is a projected result and I did make a mistake typing this up, I should have written TASS, instead of TASP, which is the name of the actual program I attended

You don’t need us to tell you that you’ll be accepted to these schools. You are an extremely qualified applicant, and should be able to gauge your own chances.
