Both are very competitive institutions, but you seem like the student they would accept. Best of luck!

@quandary5 Thank you!

I am not that familiar with those schools but I believe that you have a good chance at both! You seem very well rounded in terms of ecs, test scores, classes, and volunteer work!! Maybe even aim higher if you find a school that interests you!

Good luck!!

Georgia tech is a low match
Vanderbilt is more for you

@abigailzers @princessperfekt Thank you!

I think your ecs could be better but you have leadership positions so i think that’ll help. Also you are an athlete so that’d add weight to your resume too. Vanderbilt and Georgia tech low reach

Vandy is a high match, and GA Tech is a match. Your ECs are amazing! You definitely have a great shot at either school!

I think you have a really good shot at both schools. Your academics and extracurriculars are amazing and there are really no flaws- honestly if they didn’t accept you it would be their loss. Your ACT will look really good and so will your challenging course load.

Your ECs are awesome! You have a lot of leadership positions, as well as a varsity sport, so that’s going to boost your application a lot. But how much is your GPA UW? I think some of the schools count only the UW grade, but I could be wrong here.

I think applying ED if you have alumni relation or a sport is definitely a plus so long as you’re sure you’ll attend if they accept you. At the end of the day you have nothing to lose if you try - you might even save yourself some essay-writing and a few other application fees if they snatch you.

@stephli @runorrun @pinkcakexo @Someone007 Thank you for all the advice, I have chanced you all back.
Also, I’m not sure of my unweighted but it should be in the high 3’s, probably 3.7-3.9, my school only gave me the weighted on my last transcript.
