Chance junior please!

Have a fun summer and don’t stress out too much. Go out into the woods and don’t touch any electronics for a week. Just get away from the world. It is very refreshing.
Academically don’t doubt yourself. I had a 2100 on the SAT and a B here and there and I got in. I would say spend time talking to people about your essays before you write them. Also i got some very very helpful advice when i was writing mine. make sure you can answer these questions: What does this essay say about me? Why does it make me special? Why should other people want someone like me? If you can talk your way through these questions you are going to a deeper and more meaningful essay. I really thikn that having a good essay is a good way to boost chances. Also I would say schedule to have an interview on campus in the fall. If you make the effort to go to campus and meet up with someone it will not go unnoticed. But overall i would say just enjoy your summer and maybe get some preliminary essay work done, drafting and brainstorming. Just get some ideas out to start with. I think that if you present yourself in the right way and attract attention to your own special quirks and talents you are a solid candidate.
Also if Bowdoin is your first choice apply early. I am so happy I applied ED. It saved me so much stress come december through march.

What do they usually ask for in interview ??

Also, I just got my grades for the year. I ended with a B- in AP Calc BC and B in Physics. Does it really kill my chance ??

Also, I got a silver medal of National Spanish Exam. Does it really matter ?

everything matters, but i don’t know how much the admissions office focuses just on grades. i’m an incoming freshman at bowdoin, and my high school gpa wasn’t exactly stellar. i also had a 2100 on the sat, but i think being passionate about something, or showing well-roundedness is one of the biggest factors in admissions. who knows, though. good luck! i hope you have a great summer, and don’t stress too much!
