Cal Poly SLO is a great option but would be in the Reach category with an estimated 15% admit rate for BME.
Cal Poly Humboldt and Cal Poly Pomona do not offer a Bioengineering major/degree.
I also second UC Davis since you attended for COMOS and UCR as a Very Likely.
