I have just finished my junior year of high school, and I would appreciate if someone could tell me my chances to the following schools: UC Santa Barbara, UC Riverside, UC Davis, University of San Francisco, Santa Clara University, San Diego State University, San Jose State, CSU Northridge and UC Santa Cruz.

My academics
UC weighted GPA (10&11): 3.5
UC unweighted GPA (10&11): 3.3
Overall Gpa unweighted (9,10&11): 3.1
SAT 1 (took it once, hoping to score better in the fall): 1990
math- 660, reading-650, writing-680
SAT Math Level 2: 730
AP Psychology: 3

I am also taking a class this summer at a community college for Human Biology, and I hope to receive an A or a B.

Extra Curricular Activities
Swim Team (Club-year round)- 5 years (since 7th grade)
Swim Team (School)- 3 years so far
Universal Performers Club Member- 2 years
Publicity Officer for school performances- 1 year
2 school plays and 1 school musical
Won best supporting actress in a play 2013
Won best editor 2013 for Drama

I understand that my academics are weak, but do you still think I have a chance at the universities I have listed? I plan on explaining why I did so poorly in my classes in my personal statement. Am I reaching for an unreachable goal? I am unsure what I want to major in, so I will most likely apply as an undeclared major. However, I am leaning towards a major in communications.

Please Help! Thank you.
