Ik my gpa is shit, I was struggling on a social aspect. I wasn’t really accepted by others 9-10 but this 11th year was a complete turn around. I am now doing good/getting much better grades, and ALOT of family issues(brother into drugs, constant fighting, divorce, and brother dropping out of hs.)

but I want to know my chances for all CSUs because I might change my mind later on
I think that if you have a story that limited your success in high school, then show it on your applications. I think that your case is very unique and shows diversity in economic/family background and schools love that.
I think if you address your social issues noted in your post, UCR would be possible. UCD unfortunately looks like a Reach.

SFSU is a safety.
SJSU publishes their EI threshold for each major, so you can see where your EI places you for the Business major. Your EI looks solid for Business at SJSU.

For SDSU, their Business majors are highly impacted and competitive. An EI of 4100+ would be needed for a good chance at admission.
UOP has an average UW GPA of 3.54 so a High Match- Low Reach school, although will take into account your essays and LOR’s.
I would add Sonoma State and Chico State to your list.

UCs are still very GPA focused so, with a 3.29 it is pretty unlikely you’ll be admitted anywhere but UCM. Still, apply, explain your situation and see what happens. Just realize, the odds are against you and be sure other doors are open. UoP will probably accept you but, won’t offer much aid. Full tuition there is tough for most to rationalize. For Cal States, you should be good for all but CP SLO and SDSU. With a 3900 Long Beach is on the bubble but would probably let you in. For Business, I’d add Fullerton, Chico and Sonoma
