University of Chicago

Duke University

Cornell University

Washington and Lee University

University of California, Berkeley

Can you also tell me how to improve my application?

Thanks

Your ECs are all very good, and your fluency in three languages is also impressive. However, your SAT score is a little low. And all the colleges you listed are reaches. You need some safeties and matches, too. You listed 17 very good colleges that are all extremely different from each other. I doubt you like all of them because they are all on opposite ends of the spectrum. What do you look for in a college? If your answer is simply “ranking,” then you are not doing the college search right. I would choose maybe five from that list that you really love and then find some matches and safeties.

Oh hey there, fellow Arabic speaker! So I would highly recommend you raise ur SAT to at least a 2200. After that, you are certain to get the majority of the top schools. great ECs btw. Still, you shouldn’t apply to all those schools and overwhelm yourself with essays. Rather, you should look into which are strongest for your major/which location you like better. Also for schools with the prompt “why so and so?” say what you can do for the school not so much what appeals to you abt the school. Chance me back? Thanks and good luck

Well my favorite college would be Upenn Wharton, so how do i fit there?

Well my favorite college would be Upenn Wharton, so how do i fit there?

For Upenn I would still recommend you to raise your SAT score or try to get at least a 34 on the ACTs, your ECs are very diverse and unique, which will help you greatly, but I don’t think you will ever be “certain to get majority of top schools.” With these schools it sometimes comes down to luck but you should have a pretty good chance at getting into a few of them. Chance me if you have the time?

No matter how outstanding your EC’s, test scores, and gpa is, you’re still applying to ivy league schools and if not considered ivy, they are extremely selective. If you somehow manage to apply to all of these schools (sounds much easier than you would think, trust me) I can almost guarantee you’ll get into at least one of them. Now all you have to do is keep your grades up senior year, have fun, and get those apps done!

You have amazing extracurriculars and even though your SAT score is a bit low for the schools that you’re applying, I think you make up for it because you’re a unique applicant.
You have a shot at Wharton if you apply ED, but otherwise it’s still a reach. I think you’re definitely getting into some of the schools on your list - especially Washington and Lee University and Cornell, but I would recommend applying to more safeties!

BUMP

I’m very impressed with your EC’s and the fact that you do so much extracurricularly. While it has been said before, your top priority should be raising your test scores. Good luck and you’ll get into some of those schools for sure (no one can say which ones because its a crapshoot when your stats are that high and the schools youre applying to are that prestigious). Dont apply to all 17 though, thats a waste of time and money. Chance back please?

Wow! Great profile! Although you are an excellent applicant, all the schools you listed are reaches (as they are to anyone). Like what others have said try to raise your SAT and write killer essays. Good luck!
